Where can I download Gmail App for Windows - Google Help
There isn't any official Gmail app for Windows PC although 3rd party app available. It's not a good idea installing other app due to security concern.

Forgot password. Don’t have the recovery email or phone
I don't have access to the recovery email nor the recovery phone. I am logged in to the email account but if I sign out I wont be able to get back in. How can I change the phone number on my account to the updated number and change my password to something we all know here in the office?
