One of my favorite upper body pump workouts! You pick one movement per body part and do 3 sets to failure with minimal rest between sets and the sets can be drop sets. Rest 2-3 minutes between exercises. I started playing with this upper body split to put on some size. It has really helped and it’s a lot more fun than the slow boring lifts.
