The three teeny tiny Striated Pardalotes who came into care yesterday are doing really well this morning. At 11,12 and 13g they are probably close to 4 weeks old. They were most likely nesting in a hollow and somehow the nest and the 3 little birds ended up on the ground. Perhaps there was storm damage to the tree, or they were thrown out by another species.
